My workout schedule!
Week of August 8-14
Sunday- Rest
Monday- 30 minutes of Kickboxing
Tuesday- 15 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes of lifting (arms), ran 1 mile on the treadmill
Wednesday- 30 minutes of spin cycling and toning, ran 1 mile on treadmill
Thursday- 15 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes leg lifting, about a mile on the treadmill
Friday- REST DAY! Muscles were sore!
Saturday- Laura and I ran to the gym (little over a half mile), 30 minutes of cardio/toning blend, 50 minutes of Dance Fit! (my gym's version of Zumba), then we walked the half mile back home.
Week of August 15-21
Sunday- We were supposed to go for an epic 7 mile hike. Then it rained, so we were supposed it go for a shorter hike instead. Then it started pouring. Sooo, needless to say, by the time lunch was over and we stopped at New York and Company for some birthday shopping, there was no time for a workout. J.J and I were pretty bummed. :-(
Monday- 30 minutes of Kickboxing
Tuesday- 30 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes arms
Wednesday- 30 minutes of body toning (which I am still sore from 2 days later)
Thursday- 30 minutes of boxing
Friday- 30 minutes of kickboxing, and I think I'm heading back to the gym with J.J later when he gets done with work!
August 29-September 4
Sunday- I tried to run at the gym, but the power went out and the treadmill stopped working, so I came home and ran 1.5 miles.
Monday- 30 minutes of Kickboxing
Tuesday- Nada. I tried to get up before school, but I decided that 40 extra minutes of sleep would be better than killing myself. J.J hurt his neck so we couldn't go to the gym together after work.
Wednesday- I had to work late, but I snuck in a 1.5 mile walk after school with friends and ran another mile when I got home.
Thursday- 35 minutes of boxing. Pretty intense, especially with this indian summer heat!
Friday- I did about 15 minutes on the elliptical and lifted for 20 minutes.
Saturday- 30 minutes of kickboxing, 50 minutes of Zumba. Love, love the dancing. Had to sneak in an extra workout today to not feel the effects of the Italian food I'll be eating tomorrow at La Festa!
