Kat's "Healthy" Nachos
My boyfriend and I created this one evening when we had a munch attack. All you need is baked tostitos, some type of cheese that isn't terrible- we like Sargento low fat Taco cheese or the Salpica Ballpark Nacho sauce (fat free, 30 calories and found at a Super Walmart near you!), some salsa, and whatever other toppings that you see fit. Sometimes I like to put Jalapenos and some fat free Sour cream on top.
Directions:
Put the chips and toppings on a place. Microwave until the cheese melts. Enjoy! Simple and Delicious!
